Dear Gerri and Sisters of Tau Sigma Nu Epsilon Chapter, 
Tri-Ess:

Having reviewed the Bylaws of Tau Sigma Nu Epsilon, 
I find them consonant in every way with the Bylaws and 
Policies of Tri-Ess.  It gives me great pleasure to inform
you that Tau Sigma Nu Epsilon is accepted with love and
rejoicing into the sisterhood of Tri-Ess chapters.  I will
request that our Corporate Officer issue forthwith your 
charter as a Tri-Ess chapter, with all its rights and 
privileges.  

You will be a part of a great worldwide team for advocacy
and support of heterosexual crossdressers and their families.
It is my ardent hope that you will seek out new and creative
ways to spread our vision and our message of hope to those 
in need.  

May you be for many a light in the darkness and a helping 
hand out of the closet of fear.
