Article 11 - Court
| 11.01 | The Emperor and Empress shall choose a name for their house and shall appoint such titles in order to assist them in fulfilling the objectives of the Society during their reign. |
| 11.02 | Titles shall not be bestowed upon any person who are not in good standing or expelled from a Barony, Ducal Court or Imperial Court belonging to The International Alliance of Courts. |
| 11.03 | The Emperor and Empress shall represent the Society as goodwill ambassadors. |
| 11.04 | The Emperor and Empress must both attend the Coronations/Adornments of the following Courts, Ducal Courts or Baronies in BUFFALO, New York, LONDON, Ontario, ST. CATHARINES, Ontario and TORONTO, Ontario. |
| 11.05 | The Emperor and Empress may hold three (3) fund-raisers each for their travel fund. These funds may not be utilized until their travel requirements are met. |
| 11.06 | Lifetime and Ultima titles shall only be bestowed upon members in good standing by the reigning Emperor and/or Empress. |
| 11.07 | All College of Monarch members must attend at least one (1) out-of-town Coronation/Adornment and hold one (1) fundraiser during each reign to retain their vote on the College. |
