Article 7 - Finances
| 7.01 | The signing officers are the Chairperson and the Treasurer. One alternate signatory shall be appointed from the Executive, excluding the Emperor and Empress. |
| 7.02 | A percentage of all Court fundraisers shall be remitted to the general operating expenses of the Court to a maximum of $200.00 (two hundred dollars). This percentage shall be determined each reign by the Executive Council. |
| 7.03 | All funds raised shall be dispersed within four (4) weeks of being raised, with the exception of the AIDS Memorial Wall Fund, The Emergency Drug Fund, The PHA Fund and the Court's licensed Breakfast Bingo. |
| 7.04 | The Court's licensed Breakfast Bingo shall be exempt from article 7.02. |
| 7.05 | One thousand dollars ($1,000.00) shall be carried over each reign for general operating expenses including Gay Pride Day expenses. |
