The Emperor and Empress shall represent the Society as its goodwill ambassadors at in-town and out-of-town functions. They shall attend Executive and General meetings. [6.01] |

The Chairperson shall be responsible for the calling of meetings and ensuring that the Society meetings proceed according to parliamentary procedures and shall be the spokesperson for the Executive with no vote on any matter arising from the Society's business, unless such business results in a tied or locked vote and, then, the Chairperson shall be entitled to one (1) vote to break the tie. The Vice-Chairperson shall act as Chairperson in all matters arising if the Chairperson is not available and is responsible for the Constitution and Elections procedure/documents/by-laws to ensure that the rules and regulations thereto attached shall be enforced. [6.01] |

The Recording/Corporate/Membership Secretary shall be responsible for all duties of a secretarial nature and shall report the minutes of all meetings. They shall report the minutes of previous meetings at the next duly constituted general meeting. They shall establish and maintain the letters, membership records and correspondence of the Society as well as publish a newsletter. These responsibilities may be delegated in part or in whole by the Secretary, with the majority approval of the Executive, to any general member. In the absence of the Secretary, any general member may be appointed to fulfil the duties of the Secretary, by a majority vote of the Executive. [6.01] |

A Recording Secretary may be appointed to take the minutes of a meeting by the Chairperson. This person is not necessarily an Executive member, but can also be a general member. This Recording Secretary only records the minutes of the meeting and turns them over to the Chairperson for computations and printing. This appointed position shall hold no vote at meetings of the Executive. [6.01] |

The Treasurer shall be responsible for the finances of the Society. They shall also maintain the financial records and produce written financial statements monthly, in accordance with Generally Acceptable Accounting Principles (G.A.A.P.) as defined by The Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. The Treasurer will be responsible to produce for the viewing of any member books and records at the end of each and every meeting. [6.01] |

The Social Convenor shall maintain a concurrent list of members and volunteers and shall co-ordinate these people for benefits and functions and shall work closely with the titled "Court Minister of Protocol" to establish the agreements and responsibilities of events. [6.01] |

The Coronation Co-ordinator shall be responsible for all functions in the week prior to Coronation, Coronation night and Victory celebrations. They shall report all activities, proposals, budgets and information to the Executive for approval. [6.01] |

Any member of the Executive who is or was on the Executive within its current term of office shall not automatically be allowed to seek the positions of either Monarch as a candidate until their term of office is, or would have, expired. Individuals in this situation shall petition the Executive for permission to be a candidate and upon majority approval of the Executive, shall be allowed to proceed. [6.01] |
