The PEP Denver Philosophy
'Always safe, always sane, always consensual.'
People Exchanging Power (PEP) is a sincere support/educational/social network for all adults, regardless of their gender or sexual orientation, who have an interest in S&M, D/s and other fetishes. The first PEP group was founded in 1986 by Nancy Ava Miller, who also founded PEP Denver 10 years later, in 1996. The goals of PEP are to provide support, acceptance, dignity, communion, understanding and education to it's members, and to serve as a liason between PEP members and the community at large. We open our doors to anyone who has an interest in topics such ans SM, bondage and discipline, role playing, fetishes and the like.
PEP also supports other leather and fetish organizations.
PEP meetings are held on the third Saturday of every month and are conducted in an intelligent, dignified, informational, educational manner. The meetings are led by an educationally qualified peron, experienced in group leadership. Past PEP Denver meetings have included discussions and demonstrations on topics such as spankings, flogging, play piercing, waxing, D&S relationships, and many other interesting subjects.
We are a not-for-profit organization. There is a small donation for attendance at each meeting to cover our printing costs, phone lines and the rental of our meeting space. These donations are held by PEP in an independant bank accoutnt, and the records of our transactions are available for members to review.
