Okay, this went WAY faster than we expected, but we went condo hunting this weekend and put in an offer on a place already.  We close in June if everything goes well now.  It's a new development (gut - rehab) and they'll be finished in June.  Below is the a picture of our building.

It's located at 929 W. Gordon Terrace.  It's between Broadway and Sheridan.  We get parking in the back.  Below are pictures of the general floor plan.
