I am a solitary witch by chance, not by choice. I guess eclectic is the word to describe the hodge-podge of methods and ideas I use. For me the Goddess is Mother Earth and the Moon. The God is the greenery(the Green Man) that sprouts from her and returns to her when he dies. He is also the Sun.

My rituals are inspired by what others write but are intensely private. It is how I communicate with the devine within and without.

I am interested in healing and bringing balance into my life and my families. In the future I would like to use those talents, once they are honed, to help others. Presently I am developing my proficiency with energy work and my knowledge of herbs.

This path was difficult to find but now that I am on it I feel at ease. I pursue this spiritual journey for selfish reasons. I want to feel at peace with myself and my environment. I want to bring more happiness into my life. I want to be aware of my surroundings. I want to empower myself with the tools to heal my wounded soul and heart and thus grow as a person.

I still seek a mentor, if not a coven to study with. I think hierarchies are bullshit. Everyone is both a student and a teacher. People who think they have nothing to learn are the scariest people to deal with. But I acknowldge that there is wisdom and experiance out there that I can learn from. So I continue learning on my own and, hopefully, being receptive to the cues that will lead me to someone I can speak with.
