Glacia, who she is.

The first of the Shadow Legion to take on the Senshi. She is very witty and makes interesting capture scenes. She is analytical and hates to fail. She controls the power of Ice. She can freeze the air around her and water bodies into vast tundras of deadly ice blades. She was chosen by Chaos to aid him in capturing the court of the Moon Kingdom. She accepted this duty and promised great results.

From that point she concentrated on improving her powers. She would use the weakest of her Legionaires in experiments. She finaly came up with a power she was conident with. A power that was similar to cryogenic freezing. Upon demonstrating this to Chaos, he dispproved, saying that it was foolish and impractical. Hurt by his words, she decided that her power wasn't good enough and began to train harder. This brought on her isolation from the Legion. Soon she was on her first mission, to prove that she was good enough.

Attacks and Powers

Cryogenic Isolation
This is her ultimate attack. She uses it to freeze her enemy from the inside-out. What comes of this is a magnificent statue of ice that has a morbid expressionon its face. Her eyes glow Ice blue as she stretches out her hands. Her hands then become tinged with blue energy and her enemy begins to shriek fromthe sudden halt of its internal operations. She brings her arms down and the freezing is complete, leaving the Light Crystal on the chest of the victim.

Artic Entrapment
Leaping into the air, she says this and sends shards of ice to her opponent, encasing it in a globe of ice.

Ice Blade
Her eyes glow blue as she holds out her hands and creates a blade if ice. She spins around in place as the blade freezes the air about it. She then sends the chilling air outward having it freeze anything upon contact.

Artic Dome
Her defensive attack. She holds her arms up and brings them down, cross at the wrists. A dome of ice five feet thick then encases her, giving her the chance she needs to teleport to a safe place or to come up with a counter attack.
