Haruka, who she is.
She is one of the most aggressive characters in the series. She is most often referred to as a guy. She even addresses herself as a guy. Saying things like "boku" and whatnot. Haruka likes to race. She races both cars and motorcycles. She also plays the piano. Sometimes she has duets with her Michiru. Haruka was the third to become an Outer Senshi. She was attacked by a youma and Neptune came to the rescue. Haruka's henshin stick appeared before her. Neptune warned her that danger will come to pass if she accepted the power. Haruka took the stick and became Sailoruranus. From then on she was in control of what went down. Haruka plays the role of the leader of the second team. Though I think that title is rightfully Sailorpluto's.

Make Up!
Haruka says this to turn into Sailoruranus. She raises her
henshin stick to the sky and traces a circle around her, fiery wind shoots up from the ground, surrounding her. She is seen
briefly from behind in just the body suit of the fuku. She flips
her hair rather arrogantly as a shimmer of light dances on her
lips. She then spins around and poses with her hand on her hip.
World Shaking
Beams of light appear on a dark backdrop. She catches the light
as lighting strikes the ground and catches back up to her
upraised hand forming a sphere, while she says World. Then she
spins around and slams the sphere to the ground as it races
towards the enemy, ready to vaporize it.
Space Sword Blaster
There is no definite sequence to this attack. Sometimes it's used
in close quarter combat, and other times in distant attacks. One
sequence is where she raises her hand to the sky, calling the
first part of the incantation ( Space sword...) as the sword
forms bit by bit from streaks of light. It then comes to a head
shot and zooms out as she slices the air in front of her, sending
a crescent blade of light to the enemy. ( think World Shaking
without any spinning )

Henshin Stick
She uses this to turn into Sailoruranus. Topped with the
planet of Uranus, which in turn has a star upon it. In the star
is the Glyph of Uranus. Unlike the Inners, she doesn't have the
Star Henshin Stick or the Crystal Henshin Stick. She gains her
second transformation from baby Hotaru. No Stick was formed. We
can only assume that it is like the Crystal Stick.
The Space Sword
One of the three talisman needed to create the Holy Grail. It is
a very ornate sword. Even the sheath is heavily adorned with
jewels. Its power is basically strength.
