Damn it - Janet!!  Yeah, that was the cry heard at Dr.Frank'n'furters castle when this virgin prom queen showed up with her soon to be husband Brad.  1975 was the year which sporned the ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW - a cult masterpiece by Richard O'Brian, still commanding huge global audiences.  Before the end of the film we saw the wonderful JANET turn into a sex hungry vixen, singing the song "touch me", and taking part in all kinds of bizarre sexual acts.. culminating in an unforgettable floor show for the crazed transsexual Doctor!  This is a still from the aforementioned scene, just before Riff Raff and Magenta blasted off back to Transylvania.

SUSAN SARANDON was born Susan Abigail Tomalin, in New York on October 4th 1946. She graduated from the Catholic University of America in Washington DC.   She Married the actor Chris Sarandon, but was divorced soon afterwards. Her film debut was in 1970, and when she was cast as JANET, her career was set, making several huge blockbuster films over the years.  Many of her roles have brought her awards, including an Oscar for best actress in "Dead Man Walking" (95).   Amongst her other triumphs are "Thelma and Louise" (91), "The Witches of Eastwick" (87)  and "The Hunger" (83), where she was the victim of a female vampire played by Catherine DeNueve... possibly the most erotic thing she has ever done *grin*...  SUSAN now lives with her actor/director husband Tim Robbins, and their 2 children.
