Whoops! The waves were mighty big along
the North Shore that day!
Jim, his Mom, and the kids and I spend a couple
of days in Waikiki
followed by a few days on the North Shore
of Oahu at a place called
Keiki Hale which means little children's
house. Kate and Shawn went with me
to several beaches of Oahu while Jim and his
Mom went to Maui and
the Big Island of Hawai'i.

We visited the Polynesian Cultural Center and
enjoyed learning about the native
cultures of the South Pacific Islands.
Of course, our favorite islands were the
Marquesas Islands, the Land of Men!
