The "Keeper of the Flame Award"
is an award that will be given to those sites that promote tolerance, acceptance and celebration of the things that make each of us unique individuals; or alternatively, that speak out for worthy causes. The special requirement for application for the Keeper of the Flame Award is that you must have at least one page devoted to the ideals mentioned above. This includes pages devoted to things like speaking out against child abuse, domestic violence, violence against women, self-abuse, addictions, abortion, anti-choice laws, or any other oppressive behaviors; as well as pages devoted to education and awareness of worthy causes like breast cancer or AIDS.
The special requirement for application for Cara's Charismatic Site Award is simply a page that has charisma, now THERE'S a big surprise, eh? It has to have something special in the way of content, whether it's graphics, art, poetry, or other content that sets it apart from the crowd. A site that is all links will not be awarded.

The standard requirements for BOTH awards are:
1. No gratuitous nudity(this means nude art is ok), obscenity, or hate-filled propagandist content. Absolutely no content
whatsoever geared towards putting down members of specific groups.
2. Navigation of the site must be easy and dead-end free.

A. URL of the nominated site.
B. Name and email address of the site owner, if someone other than yourself (alias ok)
C. Which award is sought.
D. A brief statement as to why you feel this site should be awarded.
