A brief introduction to IRC.

If a 'computer user friend' is having difficulty with IRC, then tell them to visit www.mirc.com/ for more information. They may have to download the mIRC program. This site will have all the needed info.

Note: Also, keep in mind that the Chat_Zone is designed for WebTv'rs, but can serve as a resource site for computer users. The programs within will work for WEBTV only.
