Introduction

When I am building this web-site, I spent much time thinking of the content. Since the attitude to life is such a complicated system, it seems that it is hard to let you understand me very clearly with several pages. How to say and what to say are not easy. Even how to express is also a problem.

I love my sexual orientation; I love my profession; I love my country; I have friendship and happiness; I have my lover. Frankly speaking, I am just a man. These are elements of my life, so I decide to communicate to you with my life experiments. Maybe you are somewhere out there, but you can realize that there is a man in Taiwan, me, is contacting you now. It is possible that we won't see each other once all through our life. However, there is a light of two meeting hearts.

I wrote a little novel before, called "Coffee, Cigarette and Ivy", including three gay stories in it. I posted it in a BBS and miracles happened. Some friends, who had seldom contacted with me, wrote E-mails to me again. Besides this, I thought since this novel got responses, it should have touched some hearts. So I use the name of it as the main topic of this web-site. However, it is not enough with only Coffee, Cigarette and Ivy, so I add Rose, Motherland and an Gallery with some pictures of my aboard or domestic tours.

Each page has a topic. In the page of rose, it is definitely that we should discuss Love . Motherland is of course an introduction of Taiwan . Taiwan is my homeland, but she is just like my mother. So I call her Motherland. I want also to introduce my club, GayChat club of NTU , because she brought me a lot of happiness. Since it is called GayChat, how about chatting gossips with a cup of coffee? I loved a serial of comics very much. The main character of it is a young lawyer who likes plants very much. He always cares about human rights and treats his clients just like the way he treats the plants. The part "Ivy" of "Coffee, Cigarette and Ivy" is also a story of a gay lawyer. So the page of ivy is a section about Taiwanese Law . In "Coffee, Cigarette and Ivy", the character of "Cigarette" is a young man without gay sense, so the page of cigarette is a section about Gay-rights Promotion Movement in Taiwan . Of course, there are some pictures of mine in the gallery. Although I prepare some photos, I don't have scanner … After I borrow one, I will insert them in the page of gallery.
