Sauces for Meats, Poultry, and Fish

Horseradish Sauce

¼ cup finely grated horseradish
¼ cup sour cream
White vinegar

Blend horseradish and sour cream together. Add white vinegar as needed
to thin to desired consistency. Serve with roast beef, prime rib.

Horseradish Mustard

3 parts prepared stoneground mustard
1 part Horseradish sauce

Mix mustard and horseradish sauce together. Use as you would regular mustard. For more horseradish "bite," decrease mustard amount to a 2 to 1 ratio or even a 1 to 1 ratio.
