¼ cup finely grated horseradish
¼ cup sour cream
White vinegar
Blend horseradish and sour cream together. Add white vinegar as needed
to thin to desired consistency. Serve with roast beef, prime rib.
Horseradish Mustard3 parts prepared stoneground mustard 1 part Horseradish sauce
Mix mustard and horseradish sauce together. Use as you would regular mustard. For more horseradish "bite," decrease mustard amount to a 2 to 1 ratio or even a 1 to 1 ratio.
