More Midwestie Pictures
This is Hailey a few days after she came to live with us. Mom thought she looked adorable lying among the Precious Moments. When she was a baby she could sleep just about anywhere. Unfortunately, she eventually decided that she liked to sleep anywhere I sleep, which means I have to share my bed with her! But, I guess I shouldn't complain too much, because Mom and Dad have to share their bed with me...and at least Hailey sleeps at the foot of the bed. Most of the time I try to sleep right up on Mom's pillow. I am just trying to keep her warm!
These are our human brothers and sisters. Their names are Matthew, April, and Benjamin. We really like to go out in the backyard with them and chase them when they run away from us. Sometimes they put us up on their trampoline and let us jump with them. Hailey likes doing that a lot, but I don't have much of an appreciation for it. I really would prefer to keep my feet on the ground. We do lots of other fun stuff, though. I love to chase things; balls, "squeaks", sticks; anything they throw. Sometimes, just for fun, I run the opposite direction and make them chase ME! I don't think that they like when I do that!
I would like to introduce you to Tiger. He has been around for a long time. Mom said he is almost 8 years old. Most of the time he is kind of grouchy and won't come down from high places, but sometimes Mom lets him outside and then Hailey and I can chase him over the fence. He thinks he is fast and that is why he gets away, but the REAL reason he gets away is because we let him! He acts like he doesn't like us, but Dad says if it weren't for Hailey and me, Tiger wouldn't have any excitement in his life!
