Acting, in all its manifestations, according to its statutes, under the name "University
Lasoberana", its activities being basic research, applied research and education on an innovating scientific and technological level, fromout the field of the intuitive intelligence, in co-operation with other universities, which operate in the field of the analytical approach, creating transparencies of technology and other innovations in continuous relation with small and medium industries: 

         1. Divulgation and transfer of the research towards these industries 
         2. Exchange of researchers 
         3. Students 
         4. Masterclasses (postgraduate) in the field of the Intuitive Intelligence 

The University can co-operate with other foreign associations and has agreed that it will serve, as a juridical person, the interests, without any restrictions, of the immunities. It will make convenients of financial, economical, cultural, social, artistic, and industrial nature, all within the statutes of this association.
