We will need a check for $100.00 from each team. This will cover a referee for each game. Please make that payable to WSM Soccer
Club and send it to Camille Greene at the address listed below.

We would also like to print up an information sheet for each team. If each
team could please send a list with players' names, DOB and jersey number.

Please take the time to write a few paragraphs detailing what your teams has accomplished, where the team has traveled and what are the
plans for this year. Most of the teams have traveled and have had quite a bit of success. This information should be on the same sheet as
your list of players.

Also for possible future contact, could you please send the following information: the team, club, coach and manager names, address, phone
and e-mail's.

Please send that information to Camille Greene, as soon as possible. You may send it via email. Thank you.
The U14's will play 35 minute halves. 5 minutes between halves. They will use a #5 ball. There will be no overtime. A tie will remain a
tie. This is a true friendly, so there is no score and there are no awards.
