4/4/01 - WCHS and WVAH have found their new News Director. Terry Cole moves from WOWK across the street to their competitor. Rumor has it that Cole plans to hire "popular exiled anchor" Tom McGee whose non-compete ends in July. So, this brings us our first poll question (see below), How do you think Terry Cole will do as the new ND at Channel 8 and 11? Please be sure to state your opinions on the boards as well.

3/13/01 - OK, this site will no longer cover the smaller market in the state, just the largest, Charleston-Huntington. The name will continue to be West Virginia TV Stations. I appreciate and understand what the insiders in the smaller markets have to put up with, but I really don't want to cover the smaller markets because it affects a smaller group of people.

I have found a good site to cover some of the smaller West Virginia markets. The site is www.oocities.org/ovrtv

I hope to have a lot more features up in the coming weeks, but in the mean time, expect limited updates through the end of the month.

2/19/01 - West Virgina TV has a better look with new graphics. I hope you all like the update.

Also in this update, WVTV has expanded to cover the stations in Wheeling and Bluefield-Beckley. Clarksburg and Parkersburg are coming soon.

Coming soon - A POLL I need poll ideas for this area though, so help!!!
