Breeding Agreement
I sign to say That I wish to breed this stallion to the Specified Mare (s), on this Day .
The Stallion owner has the right to review and accept my foals information before it is registered, and That I will use the foal for the agreed disciplines and sports that we have agreed on. I also agree to pay all Outstanding Payments to Westwood Park Stud Inc., and that if the payments do not arrive before the foal is born, WPS Inc has the full right to take the foal. WPS Takes no responisbility for any Mare During Covering, although they promise to ensure the safety of the mare and stallion. If the foal dies within 36 Hours of birth, They are entitiled to a complimentary breeding to Any WPS Stallion that Season or the Season Follwing that. If this breeding is not claimed within that time period it will be deemed null and will not be avaliable to use.
