WISA will be sponsoring a player again this season. We usually sponsor one of our younger players because they are our future. Attendance at the sponsors evening is raffled at our Xmas party. Some of the profits from the raffle are donated to Watford Football Club's "Football in the Community" scheme.

The Coalition of Football Supporters is launching an initiative in response to the violence and racism of some so-called football fans in Belgium. The Coalition is calling a meeting of all football supporters groups whose clubs will be playing in Europe this season. Other fans who are concerned about this issue will be able to participate in a discussion at the Coalition's forthcoming conference in November.
