Jack walked into Karen's hospital room. He saw her sleeping peacefully with the machines whirring softly. He walked over to the bed and gave her a quick peck on the lips. He should have told her he loved her when he had the chance.

"I love you, Karen. Please wake up. I can't deal with Will and Grace myself. I'm in love with you."

With that, she opened her eyes.
