This is the 2nd (& maybe the final :) ) release of this addin. The
use of the CityTable.INI memo is dropped, the extended world clock
table is used instead (see WH_XITY addin for details.)
There is nothing much to say about this release, same functions as
WH_QIBLA 1.0 with a better menu & interface.
