Their lives were cut short by a murderer, still on the loose. Ross was Sarah Thomas's fiancee, and Allysia was JC's. Allysia was also a good friend of Catrina's. But as was said before. Their lives came to a premature end when fate intervened. There's only one suspect...

JC Chasez
Allysia's fiancee...now a melancholy desolate lover. He was the last one to see them alive. Sarah was at the house also, but she left before he did. He's the prime suspect, now on trial for the murder of Allysia and Ross Hill. It seems as if no one is on his side. Except for Catrina, her father, and...Sarah?

Catrina Banks
Ever since her mother died when she was four, Catrina has strived to do well in everything that she could. And she has accomplished that, and her extreme intelligence has shone through in everthing that she has done. She is 21, and has a law degree.
She's JC's young lawyer, and will do whatever she can to keep him out of jail. She knows he didn't do it, but it's very hard to prove, because the evidence is pointing at him. But she knows something's not right. Not right at all.
She and Justin have a very hot relationship going. Some of their favorite "extracarricular" activities include kissing, making sundaes (two kinds), and laying in bed, being...well, we'll leave it at that.

Sarah Thomas
Sarah doesn't know who to believe anymore. Her beloved Ross just killed in cold blood has turned her world completely upside down. She used to be a strong willed person...but now, she's quiet and inverted.
But one night, she finds information that could set an innocent man free...will she share it, or will other loyalties get in her way?

Spencer Thomas
Spencer is Sarah's older brother, and is very sympathetic to Sarah. Or so it seems. He's a tall, dark, and handsome person with a naturally devious nature. But it seems even more so when this situation comes about.
He's the kind of guy that you love to hate, but hate to love. He's going to find out that just because you're cute, you can't get away with everything.

Rick Sharpe
The D.A. Upset because Catrina's father Charles beat him out of the Senate race, and because Catrina beats him in court every single flippin' time. He's mean, he's nasty, and will do anything to see Catrina go down. Even if that means taking a few people down with her.

Charles Banks (Senator)
Charles is Catrina's father, and he comes down from Washington D.C. to be Catrina's co-counsel for JC. He's decisive and knows how the world works. He doesn't really think that they can win this case, between the evidence given and JC's sucky alibi, but he doesn't doubt Catrina's insight and determination either.
Being her father, he feels very protective towards her. No doubt, if anything ever really bad happened to Catrina, there's no law that would stop him from protecting her.
