This is my right ear! I just got that bar through it. This kid I work with, whose name is Chris? I told him that I was going to get this piercing the day I got it. I was like, I'ma get an industrial! And he was like, SIGH. Don't call it an industrial.

I said, why?

He said, it's called a helix-anti helix.

Or he said, it's a helix/reverse helix, or something to that effect, you know?

So I told this guy Chuck, who is the piercer at Sparks in New Brunswick and who's done a couple or my piercings and who I think is friggin' fantastic, "I want an industrial, but I got told 'Industrial' is the wrong term, so y'know, I want an inner helix/outer helix piercing."

And Chuck was like, "That's the most pretentious thing I've ever heard."

Then Chuck said I could call it an "ear bar," which I thought was pretty fucking lame, so I call it an industrial. Rendering this whole story pointless.

The rings in my lobe? I got those one night because I was upset about something.
