For as long as I can remember I have never been far from the kitchen. I baked that sponge cake with my good friend Thair in second grade, and made my first cheese cake the summer of 2002.

I once heard the phrase: "Food is the way to a woman's heart." and I have never forgotten that fact. For it's true - try it.

I suppose it might be against copyright laws and very time consuming to type some of my favorite cook books...so instead I will also make a list of those. One of the best however is Fear of Frying by James Barber. To whom I give much credit to many of the recipes and variations on recipes that I will post here.
