Background: Frappe is the Psychic projection of the Liquidator. When the Tron splitter was hit the Liquidator he and his brothers and sister were made. Frappe was hit by an ice ray by Negaduck and has remained frozen and icy ever since. Frappe has fashioned his looks to mimic that of Bud Flud's younger brother Vince Fugasi. And since he is solid he is the most natural of the family.

He was raised with his two brothers and one sister by Gingko Biloba and the Liquidator. (And yet comes out of it completely sane.)
He fell in love to Katherine Muddlefoot, but when she married to Darquin McDuck, he decided to go look for some adventure. He was the Liquidator's Animus, the source of intellect and reason. So he has an affinity to science and thus lead him to pursue a career in Astronavigation. Which of course brings him across the path of Don Karnage. Just think of Spock and Kirk. Except multiplied by ten.

As Time Pirates Lieutenant he is much cooler about things. Since he and Karnage seem and act the same age, they get along swimmingly. Of course Frappe can be a little self absorbed and sarcastic. They are two cool customers. Frappe is not immortal like the Liquidator. He must consume enough coffee or die. Only Don Karnage knows this secret.
