Background: Noelle is a very powerful woman at SHUSH, and the true power behind SHUSH. It is only a matter of time before she becomes the Head Director.
From her childhood she was exposed to the world of crimefighting, and preferred to take the traditional route like her father. She came to the newly formed, SHUSH Academy Of Defense, being the first girl to graduate out of a class of sixty (with honors).
Her career at SHUSH has been more political than moral. She has instituted many new programs in SHUSH, and has made a name for herself. One of these projects was the Martian Exchange program, where they took 20 of the brightest and the best youth of Mars and brought them to the Academy, waving the tuition. Oracle was one of these lucky young Martians. Noelle helped train the young Martian and so far is Oracle is her best student. Oracle is the youngest division leader in the History of SHUSH
Even today the enrollment of women into the Academy is biased and few women have been promoted past the rank of agent. Proving how exceptional Noelle and Oracle are. They are the top 3%.
After the Martian Exchange Program, Noelle has become interested in the politics of Mars. In another bold initiative, she created a special Martian division of SHUSH, using the original Martian Exchange students. But as she reaches the apex of her political career, she will need a replacement as Director of Martian Affairs. Critics say that she is biased against the Corporation, and the only reason The Division of Martian Affairs was created was to destroy the hopes of Corporate reform. If she chooses a candidate that favors the Corporation’s policies (which she probably will) civil reform movement will be crushed. The world waits to see who will take Noelle’s place…
