evening to 12/14 afternoon, stuck in San 1uis 0bisp0 county jai1 because someone in CD(-1)F (forestry) f1re pickup truck B3420 (white, red stripes), makes up some bullshit excuse, calls in p01ice on me. 0ff1er put red laser on me, drew gun I guess (threatening). F1re paramed1cs or f1re cars were following/in front of me that day, and when I got out. Just so happens, put new locks, keys on some stuff lately. Jai1, release went ok. They had keys, looked at papers, opened maybe at least 1 financial envelope, undid some bugging protection, left a mess, car smelled weird, cost me lots of money, trouble. They take utility knives, misplace things, I have to throw things away, etc. (A $100 jacket missing/misplaced, cost hours, stuck in jammed drives searching, had to buy new one.) Ripped shirt, pain, cut, cop ignores me about pain. The main businesses in S.L.0. county seems to be the problem ecological or labor conscience ones of ranches, farms, fishing, an agriculture school. Also some tourism. See if the 1egal system opposes this kind of stuff, or supports a good person like me instead. See if the people making charges really know, oppose change for the better, or the opposite. I have serious questions still about the p01ice/law in Santa Mar1a or Bue1t0n (area?) too.

Barely made it to SLO, sleepy during long drive, needed fresh air but so many cars of those colors or plates. Rain worked out again, a few times. Saw beautiful world alive again, light shimmering or gleaming across spots, glowing sunsets putting a dim glow on trees, diving flying submar1nes or boats (seabirds), airborne boats (fish). Light rain drizzle on a clear starry night at the coast.

Read article that SB p01ice are very upset that their budget is too low. Watch out: they want more money. I moved my car to another parking space in time but they gave it a parking ticket anyways. I am re-evaluating the city, just like Vent(-1)ura, and reducing any taxed spending there.
* 7/01 New car now, sold the old one & left its problems behind, just before July 4th. It has some local content, but G(-N)M/F0rd seem uncommitted to customer satisfaction.
* 6/26 Rainy year on the (north) west coast, spring on the big sur coast is happening in early summer. Plants were able to make carbon and other molecules from dirt and rock, (very quietly and subtle,) and are showing some impressive artistry for a while. If you are very lucky you may see surviving animals too.

6/05/2006, 2:28pm: 22152 Del Val1e, Wood1and Hills. As I was merely walking along the sidewalk, a small white dog, like Toto the Wizard of Oz dog, runs out in front of me barking. I say it is a public area to its owner, a 30-ish looking wide (not fat) man in gray t-shirt, who appears and immediately starts yelling threatening and vi01ently, eventually claiming to be p01ice (...who would confront a stranger, tell him where his house is, threaten him, etc), but never backs up the bluff. My take is: some biped with access to the house/car plays another nasty psych game/test. I expect them to prepare for all options, so it is a sKy "twin" who disappears if p01ice are called, and/or the real person will later somehow remember doing something like that when pulled in front of c0urt or just the p01ice. I would not expect the 0ps guy to stay and take the heat.
Got near New Y0rk/Washi(-1)ngton dc, $2000 of car problems happen. Got near L0s Ange1es/desert, $6000 of car problems happen. The big metro areas seems to demand a big price of visitors.

* Horse rider puts marks and shit on trail right after rain washes trail. Horse ranches and most riders are mainly about putting shit on trail, using them as implements for feed and a lame barn. Some places, only a horse death or crippling stirs any weak conscience. Then some make hostile threats against bikers, but no gratitude to animals as thinking feeling things doing them a favor.
* Lots of obnoxious maybe il1egal driving by often obvious [C1A] sp1es. They create lots of (slow) traffic. Very likely they make these "sp1es" feel malicious and immature now to do the annoying things to me recently and cause traffic. They can look old or mature, wise, or calm for a little while, but it is without doubt a longterm trait with them to be such an annoying drain on society. An interesting thing to ponder, what situations make this type of "insurance" repair weasel (cheat/lie) effect is inevitable with a collection of independently thinking and acting entities. Hiding truth factors into it. True man, or what!? The worst thing is, these weasel sp1es are such arrogant annoying fools. Always with the expensive overcharging and the more outrageous demands to go along with it. They waste so much time, those watching them must snicker at these con men's demands for fast action and emergency response.

* 2/07 Conflicts between horse users and mountain bikers. My view of horse users is that they give them some hay, cheap housing, dru(-1)gs, and make them carry them on trails, getting and spreading ticks, flies, and spreading shit where you or I will go with children on our time off. The sKy con agents using horses do the usual thing and attack first against mountain bike or motorized use as the bad things to think about.
Got manipulated into a situation where more people could see more of me physically, which I am really angry about.

* 1/28/06 Since Dec, p01ice/1egal system has ACTED like they might arrest me for no good reason 3 times. Nuisance stops, p01ice wanting to ask questions. 2 parking, 1 traffic ticket.
Delays, harrassment by "secret" "agents" who want to annoy. Change lanes, traffic slows in front of me. See cars leave big spaces in front of me, driving oddly.
* 1/... N0rth Face (owned by the huge V(-1)F clothing corp) will not fix my torn backpack made of plastic and buckles, saying its lifetime warranty means life of materials, whenever they wear out.
* 1/... Out of Berke1ey permanently now, should have done it so long ago. It was a mix of some good and much bad, perhaps inherently so with all the forces at work about it.
* 12/... Huge time drain trying to do it myself with law.
* 12/... Drove long ways to this place called LA-LA to look at apt 11 (!) which turns out to have clear glass bathroom doors and all gas appliances.
* 12/15 Obnoxious super fat guy with dark suit jacket (who ignored questions twice what his name was) yelled a threat to try and get p01ice to arrest me for some tiny possible rule violation outside a public building. Either guessing what I did 7 minutes before or watching someplace just by chance, this afternoon. Did not start politely. Oh no joy dealing with these kinds of waddling selfish jerks or "pricks" as one person said.
* 12/12 Injury still causes pain. Surely possible it is caused, not accidental. It is so bullshit to do little to synthesize replacements to avoid killing life but work so much on ways to cause injuries or disease or prolong them.

* 12/2 Amusing: heard some speeches about global warming. One idea is to pump light gases underground & hope it can not ever escape. But these thinkers will probably keep buildings, vehicles, or whatever black & absorbing sun & motors making heat.

* I am feeling more like I should be, but this biped's life is lousy. Not acceptable. They cut me off from friends or lovers but they want me to help the world. They live well and enjoy their useful friends and lovers. My weekend turns into feeling like work. What bullshit. They still "take me for a fool". There are agencies making use of what I am doing, they can buy things I sell, pay me to do contracting, or whatever.
* Many time-wasting months of unlucky apartment searching. Whew! Have to show smartness and move out from where it has been unacceptably unappreciative. I am going to get out, either luck helps me out locally or they force me to be home1ess. I am ready to give up on this area & just let fate have its way. I tried Homefinders listings, and Craigs1ist, even from libraries. Delaying a house or apartment search must be a common joke that sp1es play on targets who clue in about them.
* 11/18 Someone probably gave me this nagging injury that could very likely become a bad problem to mess up my sports even more. It is likely to advertise some things or slow me. If it heals now, I go on; otherwise there will be much less chance to test or show things. The jerks have gotten obnoxious or had tantrums before about that.
* 11/15 You assholes, hinting to do 1 thing, then doing the other if I go along with the hint. And these agents go back to being annoying very soon; comments only take hold briefly.
Wanted to take the day off, most of it got wasted by useless nuisance. For a few years it seemed like black people, particularly, always just happened to be getting in the way at the perfect moments, so often like it was orchestrated, like the Truman Sh0w (of all things in this world, it is not so much to impress others by). Today, 2 vehicles just happened to pass by me at an odd time again. I paused to see who was in this car, and the black woman driver shouts loud rac1st stuff, then comes speeding back and a black guy gets out the other side and throws something that hits me! What a waste of a thinking mind. A new thing, rac1sm? And creating rac1st emotions to bypass reason and get people to do things? Sex1sm often goes with rac1sm and misusing children. Black mice against white against yellow. Very old strategy, really. What a deluded waste, instead of living real life. It also COULD have been an act. With technology, they might not really be black, just assuming identities.

Skips paper near him at the end, crosses over 3 times to paper/pencil next to me, blows long breath at me when I give a hard look. Cleverly careless? His screen showed a search "Can darw1nists be good chr1stians" with 1 result. Student next to me put on practiced? fearful expression.

* Shredded potatoes (hash browns) can taste better and/or worse as meat products, but are produced much more efficiently. You can put as much fat in them too.
* They do not pay consumers to recycle many types of things. They definitely charge for time to work on cars. At least it only uses metal, rubber or oil. I think sp1es delay me if I claim recycling refunds because they greedily want to take it & they need more time for their lame 0peration.
* They do not expect me to get bills in on time if I am short on sleep and forgetting things, do they? But late fees are high.
* Looked around for good alternative to gloves with leather from stores with integrity, but no luck.

* Nice visit with some family. It is unusually good weather this summer especially for camping. Saw 2 sea otters on the B1g Sur coast this summer, up from 0, but many were visible years ago in M0nterey and Point L0bos. TV show later in November says A1askan sea otters are being killed now because the food chain has been messed up, making them a target. Otters not allowed now south of B1g Sur. They survived so many storms before this. Supposedly more otters means more kelp means more fish. Fun 4
* Always forgetting things at the apartment. Suspicious annoyances with things when going to sleep or after waking up. High volume high frequency sounds there.
* 9/4 The headaches and teasing with sex still go on and on and on.

* Took all of a week+1 day starting 7/18 for things in my apartment to be repaired. Wasted mid mornings to mid afternoons except for Tuesday morning. Supposedly a combination of 1A, Wash1ngton State, and f0reign material and labor to fix some leaks - great. It is such a screwed up system, the real estate agent calls the shots and the renter loses a bunch of unpaid time, chem1cal exposure, and big inconvenience. They use your utilities and there are things to clean up after. No guarantee it will not break again, too. Fun 0
* Apts! First and last month rent and 2 month deposit and year lease and application fees and paying for rental listings. Bullshit. Credit reports but the manager, repairment, and owner should be giving me their credit reports and resumes and position statements. Bullshit. Don't get paid for waiting for repairs. No warranty on repairs or apartments. Bullshit. Real estate agents who spin psych0logical stuff as much as used car salesmen. Bullshit. There's just something about... real estate. There's too many secrets about... real estate. Tell you, I do not plan on staying where I am much longer.
* Just thinking about something. Have you seen bugs, animals, or even plants wreck a person's house or some other thing like a picnic? People respond in ways from scaring them away to shooting them. Surprising it does not happen more since people do it so often to forests, etc!

At least I left the bad pedals. Locked with a cable & padlock & a krypt0nite lock (the fiasco cheatable kind). It had a rebuilt alloy rear rim on an Ace(-1)ra mountain bike hub & new R1tchey cross country tire too & a rebuilt 1 layer alloy front rim with a Whee1smith sticker on an old but still good J0ytech hub. It has sunt0ur stem shifters, crank & front derailleur, centerpull caliper brakes, mtn bike brake levers & aluminum curved upright handlebars, chopped off front brake cable holder & some other things I did.
* Thanksgiving (huge time waster on a security problem). Fun 2
