This site is the sister site to Teddy Bear Lane and I started it because I wanted to draw other things besides Teddy Bears. PSP Picture tubes can only be used in Paint Shop Pro. You can download an evaluation copy here
  I offer my tubes free for download, but you must follow my terms of use. Just because I have placed these on the internet, does not make them "Public Domain". Whether you read the terms or not, you will still be held accountable under the Copyright Laws. Please allow me to continue to provide quality tubes and graphics for free without all the hassle of password protecting this site or selling them. * These tubes are free for Personal Sites ONLY! A site is personal when it DOES NOT sell or advertise any kind of product or service. Since I do not earn any money off of these tubes, I do not believe someone else should make any off of them either. If you have a site that sells a membership to your site, contact me before you use any of my tubes. In exchange for using my tubes on your pay site, I require a free membership to yours. ;o)

* You may use the tubes to create anything for yourself or others, or to create other tubes that are free. The only thing I ask is that you not put my tubes by themselves on your site for others to download. You may make signature tags, backgrounds, stationeries, ect. as long as they are not sold. You can also use my tubes to make signature tags for groups, such as yahoo, msn groups or ect.

* Do not alter them in any way including re-coloring them. You must leave the Watermark intact. There are some that are in layers. This is so you may personalize the sign or ect.
