Yi (Maggie Cheung) is a bubbly and helpful girl. Once, while she was helping someone, she got struck by lightning and even though Ming (Roger Kwok) tries hard to save her, she still dies. When Yi got to the ghost world, as she was very helpful when she was alive, she is to be reincarnated soon. Out of curiously, she peeped at the names book and realised that she is to be reincarnated as her cousin, Ying (Monica Chan) and the person whom Ying was always quarreling with, Long's (Nick Cheung) child. To bring them together, Yi asks Bo (Jerry Lamb) and Ming to help and finally succeed in getting Long and Ying together. However, during this while, Yi and Ming begin to have feelings for each other...
