Review

        Wah (Andy Lau) is an unkempt, uneducated and undiplomatic guy is doomed to be a loser in love. He has a good friend, Tart (Nick Cheung) who stays with him and together with Wah's wacky mom (Deannie Yip). Ice (Michelle Reis) comes from a wealthy Shanghai family with a tycoon father. However, his ex-wife had left him and the young Ice for a material life in Hong Kong, her father never allows her to visit go there. Yet as his business grows, he finally agreed to bring Ice to Hong Kong, on the condition that she must not look for her mother there. Thus, they arrived on Hong Kong.

        Ice decides she wants to find her Mother once she reached Hong Kong. Meanwhile a gang has planned to kidnap Ice. Ice sneaks out to search for her mother before the kidnappers arrive and meets Wah and Tart and lives with Wah. However, her father believes her to have been kidnapped due to evidence the kidnappers leave, and her mysterious disappearance. Her father suspected that Wah could have kidnapped his daughter and Salad (Suki Kwan) who is Tart's girlfriend and Salad's secretary, went to Wah's house to look for Ice. In the mean time, Wah and Ice soon develop a relationship out just as they were about to really to begin, Ice was kidnapped. Ice's father had Wah arrested when Ice is really found to be missing but later knows that the kidnapper is someone else...
