This week for the Warriors:

September 19, 2005 - "With the acquistion of Dutch goalkeeping prospect Daantje van Dijk, we have decided to make some changes to the teams longstanding offensive philosophy. We have rebalanced the team's coaching profile and are going to concentrate on making Daantje a star in this league."

"This is the second time we have earned a promotion to this division and we are going to do everything we can to stay. It seems we can produce players that top a division v series in scoring one season and then we get promoted and our offense dries up. We have to change with the times and we are committed to doing that. Changes have been made and you can expect more to come."

"I don't want to play the blame game, or to suggest that our fine forwards like Erwan Gillissen can't compete with the level of talent in division iv. Far from it, I believe Erwan compares quite favourably to many forwards in division iv. His 57 goals at 21 years old is a remarkable achievement and I'd like to see him score many more for our team."

"The fact is teams with pure goal scorers don't perform as well once promoted because ball control and preventing goals becomes equally as important against more developed opponents. We have now taken the first steps to resolving this imbalance in our own organizations." --BadBob (Excerpt from transcript of presss conference, Seagram's Stadium, Sept 19/05)
