Liz and Lucky closed up Kelly's and got in the police car. The officer drove them to Laura's house and then he left.Liz: Are you ok?
Lucky: Yeah, I just want to see my mom.
Liz and Lucky went into the house and Lucky shared a joyous reunion with Laura and Lulu. Laura could not believe it. Her son was home. After a little while, Luke showed up at the house. Lucky was back with his family. He was then reunited with Nikolas and Emily, who came to the Spencer house after Liz called them. Emily told Lucky how Liz had been miserable without him and how she was glad he was home. It was a good night.
After a while, Lucky told his parents that he was going to spend the night at Liz's house so they can be have some time alone. Liz and Lucky left the Spencer house and went to Liz's.
They went up to her bedroom and Lucky saw that nothing has changed. She still had all the pictures of the two of them out. Lucky just looked around.
Liz: You okay?
Lucky: Yeah...listen, do you mind if I take a shower?
Liz: No, not at all.
Liz walked over to her dresser and pulled out a pair of grey sweat pants and handed them to Lucky.
Liz: Here, they were always too big for me so they should fit you fine.
Lucky: Thanks.
Lucky went into Liz's bathroom and to take a shower. Liz got changed. She put on Lucky's shirt, the same shirt she had of his all this time.
About 15 minutes later, Lucky came out of the bathroom wearing only the sweat pants. Liz stared at him. This was the first time she had ever seen Lucky shirtless.
Lucky: I'm sorry, I just have to ask you for a t-shirt.
Liz: No...ummm...it's...it's fine.
Lucky: Is that my shirt?
Liz: Oh yeah...ummm...Nikolas brought it to me the day after the fire and I sleep with it sometimes because it still has your smell on it.
Lucky: Well, it looks better on you.
Liz walked over to Lucky and hugged him. He glided her hand up and down his bare back. His skin was so warm and he smelled so good. Lucky buried his face in her hair. They looked into each other's eyes and then kissed very passionately. Lucky walked Liz over to her bed and gently laid her down on it as he laid next to her, still kissing her. Liz had her one leg bent and Lucky ran his hand down her leg. He broke the kiss and looked into Liz's eyes and kissed her again. He brought his hand back up her leg and then under her shirt. He kissed her neck as his hand wandered around her stomach and then he found his way to her breasts. Liz then pulled Lucky's face back to her and kissed him full on the mouth. Lucky then got on top of her and gently lowered his weight on her. Liz then pulled away.
Lucky: You ok?
Liz: I'm fine. But Lucky, as much as I want to you to make love to me right now, I just need you to hold me and make me believe that I am not dreaming and that you are really here.
Lucky: Ok, come here.
Lucky lays down on his back and Liz rests her head on his chest, right over his heart. She listens to it beat as she moves her hand all over his bare chest. Lucky rubs her back and runs his hands through her hair.
Lucky: Now do you believe I am here?
Liz: Yes, I love you, Lucky.
Lucky: I love you too.
They continued to hold each other and eventually fell asleep. It was the best night's rest they both had in almost two years. It truly was a miracle.
