Prognosis Kristian Tester has the potential to be a big-time point guard. She won't be the biggest or quickest on the court but makes up for it with her competitiveness and savvy. Could be a player in the mold of Becky Hammon. A strong worker, she is eliminating weaknesses from her game. Two years ago, she wasn't an outside shooting threat. Now, she's not only a threat, but could be labeled as a pure shooter. Tester just started a weightlifting program with noticeable results. She's already played against the best competition in Arkansas during AAU tournaments and competed in the AAU National Tournament as a 12-year-old. She was one of the youngest girls at the University of Arkansas Elite Camp this summer, where she competed against Division I caliber players. |

She's A Winner Kristian still has some work to do on her game. The good news is, she knows her weaknesses and is willing to work to improve them. She will be a sophomore this year after which, I expect her to have eliminated any major weaknesses. Her dad is also her coach and she is a student of the game. Her goal is to be a Division I player and she has the tools to accomplish that. The bottom line - she has a 30-2 record as a starting point guard the last two years. |
