the band: White Suburban Trash
the album: .kids that like to play cheap metal.

The story behind WST:

Well, it all started in early 2000. Bassist and singer Tom had become sick of playing in this band called Biff Tannin. They got nowhere for like ten months, so Tom picked up a mic and started grunting. This kid named John was there chilling and he picked up one of Biff Tannin's sweet guitars and started playing. Pete started playing drums, and before you know it, White Suburban Trash was born. Also, the band managed to record a full length album that day too---all during one practice! "holy shit!" they said. something magical was in the air.

Word spread around their humble little suburban town quickly. White Suburban Trash was here to stay, and to tear up the preps and jocks. There was one small problem however. Pete the Drummer decided to quit the band because he was becoming bored with the style. "BEERCORE ISN'T FOR ME," said Pete. Tom and John said "AIGHT" and picked up this sick kid from Maine West named "ERIC RYAN." Eric really puts the "core" in "BEERCORE."

The joining of ERic was kind of like a joining of two bands. Tom, John and Eric had talked about forming a band a long time ago called "The Big Poos." Well, this was their chance. They combined the group's current name (White Suburban Trash) with the one they wanted a long time ago (The Big Poos) and became WHITE SUBURBAN TRASH and THE BIG POOS.

"That's a sweet name," said one fan. "Yeah, you guys should play at Knights of Columbus on May 19th and give away a free TV," said another fan. So they did just that. And thats where they stand today. Tearing up the burbs, white trash style, throwing a little BIG POO spice.

Keeping it cheap, suckin back on 40s. Slapin' the bitch up. So white. Thats WHITE SUBURBAN TRASH and the BIG POOS.
