Lee Emerson (1995-1996)
Lee was appointed by club founders Martin Crowdy and Paul Northgrave ready for the Tides first season in 1995. Emerson failed to win a game and resigned before the 96 season to persue his dream of rock n roll stardom.
Martin Crowdy (1996-2000)
Crowdy took the position of manager in 1996 after the resignation of Lee Emerson. With a 5-4 victory in his first game in charge, Crowdy took the team to unexpected heights. In 1997 the White Tide finished league championship runners-up under the guidance of Crowdy. But in February 2000 Martin Crowdy was sacked as manager, after the team had failed to achieve the success that Crowdy had brought three years previous.
Tony Patterson (2000-___)
Tony Patterson was appointed after the sacking of Martin Crowdy. He brought instant success to the team. Patterson a stickler for extra training won his first game in charge as the Tide crushed Arundales 5-1. After just one month in charge the team had finished joint top of the league table and then finished league championship runners-up after losing to Silver Trumpet 2-4 in the final.
