Training is something the White Tide take very seriously indeed. The players show their absolute dedication to the team with regular training sessions every week. The Tide also took pre-season tours to Brugge and Benidorm back in 1998. Now with Tony Patterson at the helm, a stickler for extra training, the team often make journeys to Leeds where the training facilities are of a higher standard than in Scarborough.
