The Dragons of Water govern the western quarter of the magickal circle. The
dragon ruler of water is known as Naelyan (nail'-yon) he oversees the
dragons of the seas, springs and lakes.
Dragons of Water are generally shades of blue and blue/green in colour (blue
is the colour of the west). Water dragons often have fins and sometimes
flippers. Water dragons are of many different, ranging from small ones that
live in lakes and ponds, to giant ones who live in the seas and oceans.
Dragons of this element belong to the family of dragonic beings whose
subspecies includes those of seas and various waters. These elemental
dragons often work withs those of wind, storm and weather, mountains and forests, or those of destruction.
Dragons of Water are associated with: sunset, autumn, rest, the emotions, dreams, visions, illusions.
Positive aspects are: compassion, peacefulness, forgiveness, love, intuition, calmness, peace of mind.
Negative aspects are: laziness, indifference, instability, lack of emotional control, insecurity.
