He is a Timelord.
His full name is Dominiqueleferedejardinier, but he is usually known as either Lord Jardinier or Professor Gardener. He is in his mid eight hundred's. He is part of the Prydonian chapter. He is Fleur de Temps Father. He travels in his TARDIS with his companion a pet parrot called Amnesia, who is rather smarter that the average bird. He's currently traveling with the Timelords permission in order to find his wayward daughter Fleur who has ran away from Gallifrey.
