Allen
is The Spy's first victim.

 Certain
players crumbled under the pressure of the cold and their duties.
Allen and Kristin both lost their balance in the Stamina group. Jenny
couldn’t last half of the Twister game. Seth lifted his hand
several times and eventually voluntarily removed himself from the
game. Megan’s hand came off the mat, but it went undetected by
the cameras, thus she and Alex survived the entire Twister game to
win the $10 for the group.
The
entire group was frozen and hungry as they arrived at the Avalon
Restaurant in Cockeysville. Their notebooks awaited them, as well as
an hour to get to know each other as well as possible (for the
Quizzes, as Chris pointed out, as well as the next game to be played
at noon).
 Once
lunch was finished and the ice was broken, a tray full of statements
was delivered to the group. Each player was represented by a
true/false statement. The group was informed that seven were true and
three were false. The object of the second game,
"Impressions", was to seek out the true statements before
finding all three false ones. One by one, the players successfully
proved their knowledge of one another. Even Jenny, when offered an
exemption to end the game early and cost the team a possible $5,
passed temptation and earned the group $1. Only one false statement
was found (Allen choosing Melody’s).
The
first Quiz came quickly, as the players flipped through their
notebooks while pondering aloud ten questions on the identity of The
Spy. Once the first execution was complete, Allen had been executed
and removed from the game before anyone had a chance to think twice.
