Al Bino
and Big Mac entered the ring together and referred to Magnum and Minion as M&M.
They made a couple of jokes about cracking their chocolate covered shells and busting
their nuts. Magnum's music came on and out came the threesome. Magnum lead his team
to the ring and then told them the game plan. The referee rang the bell and all five
men began to fight. After watching the first couple of minutes it looked as if Magnum's
game plan was to keep Al Bino and Big Mac from getting to him. He would run around
the ring and hide behind Minion for protection. Bobby Jr. tried his hardest to keep
Big Mac from getting to Magnum, but he fell short. Big Mac landed his Mac Attack
on Bobby Jr. and then went after Magnum. Minion fought off both men and took them
out with a double chokeslam. Magnum then went for a pin, but Al Bino reversed it
and got a 2-count on Magnum. Bobby Jr. slowly recovered and returned to the match,
giving Magnum the opportunity to not wrestle. Bobby Jr. went to attack Big Mac when
Al Bino snuck up behind him and executed his Down with Whitey finisher. Al Bino went
for a pin, but Minion broke it up. Al Bino and Big Mac started to double team Minion.
They executed a double reverse DDT on the monster and took him down. With Minion
down, they took their time beating the crap out of Magnum. They continued to punch
and kick Magnum until Minion came to his aid. Minion took out Al Bino with a Dominion
and then locked Big Mac in a full nelson. While Big Mac was tied up, Magnum delivered
his P.I. Punches to knock Big Mac out. Magnum then rolled Big Mac up to get the 1-2-3
victory.
Five tables
were set up around the ring before the match got underway. Team Magic came out first
with Dakota Dick wearing his Hardcore title around his waist and Mr. Magic giving
his belt a good spit-shining. Social Anarchy came out next, followed by EDA bringing
the Tag Team gold. The match immediately went totally out of control when Ranger
X began by spearing Taz, only to get full-nelson slammed by Apocalypse when he got
up. Dakota Dick picked up a fallen Taz and gave him a Samoan drop onto a stop sign.
Team Magic began double teaming Taz while Lumberjack came to Ranger X's aid and
the two double teamed Apocalypse. Lumberjack put the big man in a longbow backbreaker
as Ranger X put the boots to his midsection in order to attempt to take out his back.
Later in the match, Taz attacked the ranger, and nailed him with a face buster onto
the mat. Mr. Magic then went after Apocalypse. However, Apocalypse plowed the heavyweight
champ to the hard ground with a side-walk slam and then rolled him onto the first
table. Instead of putting him through the table, Apocalypse climbed up on the table
with him and locked Mr. Magic into a hangman with his scrawny legs dangling off of
the table. Meanwhile, Lumberjack climbed up on the table behind Apocalyse and clocked
him in the back of the head with his axe handle, sending the two men tumbling to
the ground. Mr. Magic stumbled to his feet and offered his hand to Lumberjack to
show his appreciation. But, when Lumberjack stuck out his hand to accept the handshake,
Mr. Magic punched him in the groin and, as Lumberjack was bent over gasping for his
breath, Mr. Magic grabbed his head and set him down through the table with a wicked
Abracadabra, thus eliminating him. Mr. Magic was so proud on himself, he began jumping
around and celebrating and not paying attention to anything going on around him.
In the midst of his victory dance, he ran right into a nasty full-nelson slam from
Apocalypse, which sent Mr. Magic through the second table. This left both members
of Social Anarchy, Dakota Dick, and Ranger X. Dakota Dick and Ranger X agreed to
take out both members of Social Anarchy and then fight it out amongst themselves
for the belts. Later in the match, Apocalypse set Dakota Dick up for a chokeslam
through a table, but Ranger X broke up the move with a wet floor sign to the back.
Then, they turned the big man around and both Ranger X and Dakota Dick delivered
a double-chokeslam on Apocalyspe and sent him crashing down through the table. This
left three men. Taz put up a good fight for a while, fighting off both Ranger X
and Dakota Dick. He took down Dakota Dick with a Showstopper and then a huge DDT
on Ranger X. He quickly tried to powerbomb Dakota Dick through a table, but Ranger
X once again made the save with a monster clothesline. Dakota Dick regain his composure
and hit a stampede bulldog on Taz. sending the "True Main Event" down hard.
Then, he signaled for Ranger X to go to the top of a ladder for his Sure Thing as
he rolled Taz onto a table. As soon as the ranger made it to the top of the ladder,
Dakota Dick nailed the side of the ladder with a bat, sending Ranger X plummeting
to the ground. Then, he Dick Dropped Ranger X onto Taz, thus eliminating both men
at the same time by sending them both through the table at once.
Dakota
Dick and Mr.Magic were backstage celebrating their tag team victory when FNA attacked
Dakota Dick with a chair. FNA stated that since he never got his hardcore title shot
from Al Bino, he never lost the No. 1 contendership. So, to make things even more
complicated, FNA was added to the 3-Way Hardcore title match making it a 4-Way.
All four
participants brought their weapons to the ring with them and the match began. Dakota
Dick went right after FNA with a bat, while Apocalypse bashed a trash can over Ranger
X's head. Apocalypse quickly took down Ranger X and attempted a pin but Dakota Dick
broke the count. Dakota Dick flattened Apocalypse with a samoan drop and then caught
Ranger X with a spinning sidewalk slam. He lifted Ranger X and set him up for a Dick
Drop when FNA viciously gave a clothesline to the back of Dakota Dick's head. Apocalypse
and FNA then started going at it. Their was no finesse to their fighting, they were
just punching the daylights out of each other. While they were brawling, Ranger X
was setting the ring up for his Sure Thing. He had a chair and a trash can in place
and had Dakota Dick laid out on the mat. Leaping from the ground to the chair to
the trash can, Ranger X flew into the air and prepared for his landing, but before
he made his impact, he was smacked in mid-air by a wet floor sign. The wet floor
sign that Apocalypse tossed across the ring ended up ruining Ranger X's Sure Thing
and instead caused him to harshly fall on top of Dakota Dick. Apocalypse laughed
at the sight of Ranger X and Dakota Dick lying on the ground in pain. He walked over
to them to make a pin, but was spun around and received a VCR pounded into his head.
Apocalypse collapsed to the ground as blood began oozing from his forehead. FNA threw
down the demolished VCR and wrapped one of Apocalypse's legs to pick up the 3-count
and become the NEW Hardcore Champion.
Taz made
his entrance and reclaimed himself the "True Main Event." He stated that
once he caught his opponents with the Lights Out, the belt would return to its rightful
owner. Lumberjack entered the ring minus a Tag Team title belt, but he assured everyone
that losing the tag titles to Mr.Magic and Dakota Dick will mean nothing compared
to winning the Heavyweight title at "Firestorm." Finally, the Heavyweight
Champion, Mr.Magic, came out wearing both his Heavyweight belt and his Tag Team belt
over his shoulders and picked up a mic from ringside. "I just want everyone
to know that being WYDW's first triple-crown winner means more to me than life itself.
I've worked so hard to win the Tag Team titles, and if it weren't for the effort
I put into that match, my dream might have never come true. I'd also like to point
out that Dakota Dick and myself were the first team to ever hold all three titles
simultaneously. Even though Dakota Dick royally screwed that streak up, I know he
will not do the same to our tag team hopes." After saying all that, Mr.Magic
then spent another ten minutes flexing and showing off his two title belts. The referee
eventually started the match as all three men were ready to go. Taz went after both
men and tried to take them on by himself. He managed to weaken both men and was about
to deliver a face buster to Lumberjack when Mr.Magic got behind him and delivered
a low blow. Mr.Magic and Lumberjack ganged up on Taz for a little while before Lumberjack
tackled Mr.Magic to the ground and applied a longbow backbreaker. Taz broke the hold
and applied a sharpshooter to the already hurting Mr.Magic. Lumberjack broke that
hold and then drove his knee into the side of Taz's head over and over again. Lumberjack
wrapped Taz in a texas clover leaf in an attempt to injure Taz's legs. Lumberjack's
goal was to eliminate the threat of Taz's Lights Out superkick by crippling his knee
and ankle, so even if he did get the kick off it would end up hurting him just as
much as the other guy. Mr.Magic broke the hold, but not before it did it's damage.
Taz's leg was stretched to the max and it took him a while before he could even get
enough strength to stand up. Mr.Magic managed to avoid Lumberjack's attacks and finally
tackled him with a vertical body press. He lifted his fist high into the air and
began to pound on Lumberjack's face. The whole time he did so he yelled, "Feel
the Magic?!? FEEL THE MAGIC!!" Mr.Magic was in the zone, but was soon to be
zoned out. He got off Lumberjack and started flexing and posing for the crowd, totally
forgetting about Taz. Taz came up and kicked Mr.Magic in the stomach, followed that
up with a fameasser, and rolled Mr.Magic up for a pin. The ref got to two before
Lumberjack broke the pin. Lumberjack grabbed Taz's leg and wrapped him in a single
crab. Lumberjack was not letting go until he heard Taz submit. Taz's leg hurt so
far beyond the realm of pain that it was in the realm of numbness. Taz's leg felt
detached from his body as he tried to worm his way out of the hold. Mr.Magic finally
broke the hold with a running clothesline to Lumberjack. Mr.Magic lifted Taz off
the ground and tried to make him stand long enough for him to hit his Abracadabra,
but Lumberjack turned him around and underhooked his arms for a Log Jam. Right as
Lumberjack went to execute his Log Jam to Mr.Magic, Taz kicked him right in the jaw
with a Lights Out. Taz collapsed to the ground and tried to crawl his way over to
Lumberjack for a pin, but when he kicked Lumberjack, Lumberjack fell backwards and
Mr.Magic rolled him up to gain a quick 3-count and remain the Heavyweight Champion.
