Ok, This is my Wicca Page It'll have most of the basics on it, and it offers links to many other Pagan & Wiccan Sites! Church Beliefs Amongst WitchCraft Well, first of all...most churches around the world believe that wiccans worship the devil(satan) in Witchcraft! NOT TRUE! For I believe that the devil is not even real....though the bible says so...I came out of the closet about 1 yr ago, and ive been studying witchcraft for about 2 yrs now, and I have infact had many people tell me i'm crazy, or need help, and of course...Worship the devil! Well I will not critisize those people, if they believe that then they shall! But the debater I like to Be, I argue with them, and guess who wins..noone because it goes on and on! Well in the 1970's a group of organized witches in Massachussetts put together a page of laws, its relly interesting though...and they go around the world and preach to people about the facts of Witchcraft...and today, I think we are now getting enough recognition for our beliefs, although there are still people who disbelieve our thoughts..One day they will understand! Candle Magick We all love candles right? Well, now heres something some of you might find interesting: There's Candle Magick! It's been around for ages and many witches who perform rituals or make spells use candle magick. To me Candles are the opening voids to the Higher Power(spirit) world! Thats why everyone who does spells has a candle! When doing candle magick, you mostly have to have some candles, DUH!, and some ink, but not the ink from a pen, and you have to have your alter: A place to store your prized possessions, gems, herbs, and just anything you feel would help your spells to work better! Something else you can use is Flowers...of any kind (I perfer roses: A symbol of love) Each one of you witches has your own element: Earth, Air, Fire, Water: Earth: these people have a better chance to use natural things from the ground for their spells, Air: You would most likely you water...when water is heated it turns into steam...and creates oxygen, Fire: Most of you should choose to use candles: Red, black, Orange, or you can actually use fire, Water: I think anyone could guess this: Water...or mix some herbs into oil and water to create a potion mixture! Then, you get a piece of papyra paper(I think), some ink, your candles, your special momentos, and flowers, Then you have to meditate, and feel the energy around you build up, Then you can call the towers, or your goddess: That is called Invoking, its really easy to do, but you have you have to do it right for it to work! Then after you've called the great ones, try really hard, Yes I said,"TRY", to really concentrate your feelings and energy into the candle...And if you've done it right, Then it should work within 3 weeks to a month! and So Mote it Be! CaNdLe CoLoRs Alright, each one of you should know that a candle has many meanings..and every candle means something totally different. Here They Are: Black: Binding, Protection, Shapeshifting White: Purity, Virgin, Rejuvination Silver: (female) Telepathy, female power Gold: (male) Wealth, Safety, Power, Playful Humor Red: Energy, Strength, Passion, Courage Copper: Goals, Money Orange: Amition, business Yellow: The Sun, Memory Pink: Love, Peace, Affection, Romance Green: Earth, Physical Healing, Growth Blue: Wisdom, Creativity, Good Fortune Purple: Third Eye, Spiritual Power Brown: Special Favors, Influencing Friendship Well, I dont have much more to tell you..I told you the basics...the other pages will tell you more about what u need to know! Before you chant this...be sure to light a green candle, Then chant it 5 (five) times, and then extinguish the flame by clapping your hands above it trice.
