I just read your article 13 Reasons Air Should be in the North. I agree with you and have found that for me it works best to put Air in the North and Earth in the East.

There was another thing to look at with reason 3(Geophysical) and 13(Astrological) that are related.

Astrology was developed in the Middle East and may have come from the Far East. I am no expert on this but for the sake of this argument lets use Middle East.

In your Geology example you used the British Isles which does work. But if you want to link this to Astrology it also works for the Middle East. To the West you have the Mediterranean. To the South just as in all the upper hemisphere if you go south it gets warmer. To the East you have the Mountains. The wind comes from the North.

I have done circles many times both ways and it works best for me now to use Air to the North.

I also like the way that Air/Fire line up ERECT(pun intended) with the masculine energies. Then the Feminine is horizontal.

I met a lesbian couple who were similar necklaces except the more dominant lesbian had the center stone of their handfasting necklace vertical. The submissive and more famine lesbian had the stone in her necklace horizontal.
