The Call of the God Of Avalon

Call upon me in the Forest wild and on the Hilltop bare
and seek me in the Darkness Bright.
I am He who was of old called Herne, Cernunnos, and many other names.
I call to thee in thy search.
Come, Dance and Sing, Laugh and Love,
for these are my worship.

You are my Children
and I am your Father and Teacher.
On swift night wings,
it is I who lay you at the Lady's feet
to be reborn and return again.

Those who would seek me,
know that I am the Untamed Wind,
the fury of the Storm
and the Passion within your heart.

I am the Stag that challenges your very soul.
Seek me with Courage
lest you be swept away with your seeking.
Seek me with pride and humility.

But seek me, best of all,
with love and strength
for this is my path.

Walk it with purpose
and Dance boldly before me.

Hear my call on long winter's night
and we shall stand together,
guarding Her Isle as She sleeps.
