Prue
Telekenesis: Prue had the power of telekinesis. It is the ability to move things with your mind. At first, she could only activate it by squinting her eyes, but developed it through the movement of her hands.
Astral Projection: Prue also had the power of astral projection. This is the ability to be in two places at once. Prue was not able to use her telekinesis in her astral form.

Piper
Freezing Time: Piper has the power to freeze time, or slow molecules down. She activates it through the movement of her hands.
Blowing Things Up: Piper also has the ability to blow things up, or speed up molecules. This is also activated through the movement of her hands. At first, it was hard for her to control it, but now has developed it well.

Phoebe
Premonition: Phoebe has the power of premonition, or the ability to the see the future and past. It is activated when she touches an object that relates to what the powers that be want her to know. She cannot control it yet.
Levitation: Phoebe also has the power of levitation. This means she can levitate mid-air off the ground. It is activated by her mind.

Paige
Telekenetic Orbing: Paige has the power of telekenesis, as Prue did. Only since she is half whitelighter, she is able to orb objects to her with her mind. Unlike Prue, the power is not limited to walls. She can also orb in and out between planes, or wherever she wants.

Cole
Cole was introduced in season 3 as Belthazor. He had the power to throw energy balls, and shimmer. In season 4, the sisters vanquished his demon half, and he became mortal. Later, he became the new Source of the Underworld and he had many powers, including: fireballs, flaming (transportation), glamour, and telekenesis. He has stuggled with good and evil many times, and now is simply a mortal with powers that are unknown of as of now.

Leo
Orbing: Leo has the ability to orb, or transport oneself to another place in a matter of seconds. Only whitelighters are able to do this, including Paige.
Healing: Leo also has the power to heal. This happens through his hands, he can only heal what the powers that be allow him to, and he cannot heal animals. He also can't heal himself.
