Or the surrounding love of the Lord
With angels that sing and are never bored
With no wishing for else where to be
Beside the shimmery crystal sea
On streets of gold with gates of pearl
With winding dogwood in endless curl
With Jesus Christ watching over his flock
And no ticking of any earthly clock
Hell is not where you want to be
But in this glorious heavenly jubilee
To learn to know the Lord
Is no burden you will carry
But the reward of love
that’s promised in his word
Of eternal l ife And eternal Love.
