I'm a huge advocate of keeping fit, moreover
having the mentality to stay fit for life. Working out regularly
has given me so much energy as well as taken me to new places to meet
interesting people. Races are just one way to get a great sense of
accomplishment. You really can do anything, it's all about
conditioning. Doctors once told me that I wouldn't be able to
run again without surgery, it was about the 3rd time I had broken my
ankle from soccer. I focused on natural rehabilitation instead and
eventually ran the Marine Corp. Marathon. |
