What I Believe
Canon-I believe in the Bible as the infallible fully inspired word of God containing a complete canon of 66 books.
Christology- I believe in Jesus Christ as the son of God and as the sacrifice for the sins of the world and that there is no under name but his through which men can be saved. I believe that he came to earth in the flesh while at the same time being fully human and fully God. I believe that he was born of the Virgin Mary and that he was literally physically resurrected in the flesh.
Atonement- I believe in Jesus Christ as the Lamb of God who made the once for all sacrifice for the sins of the world. I believe that it is only through accepting him into your heart as your Lord and personal Saviour that you can be saved. I believe that through his scarifice on the cross he paid the once for all sacrifice for sin as a ransom to Godto bridge the gap so that humans may be reconciled with God. I believe that he will someday return in a physical literal form to resurrect the believers with him to his heavenly kingdom.
Trinity- I believe in one God who is existent in three persons- the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit who are each coeternal and coexistent with the other. I believe in all three persons as agents in the act of creation in Genesis.
