| Acts 2:46 "Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts." Today, I announce a dream for the future. I hope the near future, but maybe even fifteen twenty, or even fifty years down the road should our Lord Jesus Christ tarry that long. It is my God-given desire to plant a new church in my hometown in Kannapolis, NC. An interdenominational community which blends all four major Christian forms of worship (communion, creed, hymns, and contemporary music) in the once a week service on Sunday mornings. My dream is that we will meet on Sunday mornings as a congregation, have a youth program on Sunday nights, and the rest of the week have Bible studies let by those who feel ready and led by the Lord to bring up new disciples in the faith. These Bible studies will be spread throughout the Cabarrus County Community with those individuals who are willing to lead each being assigned a specific area of their desire which they will work on reaching out to the people of that community first of all with the message of salvation and then the process of discipleship. I can never achieve this dream without first of all the prayers of faithful Chriistian brothers and sisters, and secondly funding (however small or large an individual may be able to give) which will help to make this vision a reality.) So today, I ask my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ to prayerfully consider the notion that the Lord may be leading them to financially support this ministry. All gifts given to help start this ministry in however small or large amount they are will be appreciated and God will smile upon those who give any amount.
